Coaching package online or in the water - price by arrangement
Let’s talk. Free of charge and without obligation. Together we will find out where we can help you best and most efficiently. You will receive a fair offer. Depending on the training volume, this is usually in the range of a level 1-4 course – the most sensible, relaxed and ultimately most cost-effective option. Much cheaper and more efficient than booking individual sessions.
We design all training packages so that you have the opportunity to develop your freediving skills in the dry, in the pool or diving tower or here on El Hierro or anywhere else.
This means perfect preparation and further development.
Where we are particularly good:
- No Contraction Freediving. You can find out more about this special philosophy and its benefits for recreational and professional freediving on the website.
- Equalization for all depths. We are particularly successful in teaching techniques and solutions for problems that occur between 30m and 40m. Which in the end also forms the basis for everything deeper.
- Optimization of the dive time. Slow diving is often confused with relaxed diving or sold as such. This is wrong in many ways. Awareness and technique are the keys. The art is not to dive slowly. The art is to be relaxed at the optimum speed.

Personal Coaching - 129 €
Somewhere it doesn't go any further! Pressure equalization only works up to a certain depth, contractions come too early or even before the turn. Do you feel unwell after a certain depth or distance?
We go into the water together. A personal coaching session. Here we take a close look at where the problems and potential are. We then work directly on solutions.
As a rule and possibly after video analysis, we will draw up a plan for you on request. We will determine a sensible number of training sessions. This is how you develop your freediving to the next level.
This has the advantage that you can then train independently and do your "homework" in the affordable open training sessions.
Coaching - 69 €
You have a level of at least a solid 30-40m depth. You want the ultimate in intensive input and progress or the solution to a problem. Basically like personal coaching, but in a group with a focus on you.
We recommend a training plan with 2-4 coaching sessions in combination with the affordable Open Trainings. This is easy on the budget and brings the best results.
Possible topics are: How do I get from 30 to 40m or from 50 to 60? Why does equalization become difficult from 35-40m? How to dive even deeper and more relaxed? How do I dive without contractions before the turn? Relaxed deep diving with a short dive time?
On request, a sensible, easily feasible training plan tailored to you, video analysis, targeted exercises always for the area where you have the most potential for improvement.
Online coaching on request! Perfect as an accompaniment to your training at home, as dry training or to prepare for your time on El Hierro or another dive spot.
Course Completion - 39 €
AIDA 2 or 3 or 4 or Instructor Course .... You are still missing one or two requirements. We support your course goals with these highly discounted coaching sessions.
Open Training - 29 €
Take part, train, relax, arrive at your depth. You design your own training session (or according to the plan above). You benefit from our professional buoy set-up and safety in the water and other friendly freedivers.
