Karsten you really showed that you go out of your way to help your students succeed. Extra sessions online, follow ups, scheduling an ad hoc dry training early in the morning, explaining things patiently. I felt your teaching style was very logical, and at the same relaxed, fun, and inspiring. And Kai was really calm and gentle which made it easy for me to relax & I did some of my best dives with him!
Aida 4 Freediving course
The GATEWAY to the DEEP BLUE. The time has come for you to leave the zone of advanced recreational freediving. The AIDA 4 course offers you the techniques with which you can master depths that were not even scientifically explainable a few decades ago.
Relaxed you will learn to dive to depths of more than 32m to 38m … and to surface again :-).
The AIDA 4 course is also called the Master Freediver course. This is because anyone who successfully masters this level also acquires the title of Assistant Instructor. You will then be able to:
- Dive at least 32m in a masterly way in Constant Weight.
- Hold your breath for at least 3:30 minutes.
- Cross a distance of 70m under water without any problems.
- Variable weight dives.
- Apply deep rescue techniques.
- Carry out physical and mental dive preparation independently.
- Manage buoy and safety rope independently.
It is good if you have 6-10 working days for this. We rarely do more than 1 session a day and it’s good to have a break from time to time.

The course price of € 549 per person is for a course of 2 or more people. Personal coaching is available on request.
The course price is then €679.
Attention:
Certification and registration with the association is voluntary.
Many divers already have diving insurance.
Many divers also bring their own equipment.
Because everyone here has very different requirements and wishes, the low association fees (10-20€), low insurance costs (from 30€) and rental fees are not included in the prices. Please refer to the rental fees in the table . For the AIDA 4 course, it is mandatory to have a valid first aid certificate with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
