Aida 2 Freediving course
Technically clean diving, calmness, breathing as well as safety and rescue are the focus of this course.
Specifically, during the course you will learn how to …
- … come into contact with the meditative character of freediving
- … relaxedly dive to 12m and deeper.
- … hold your breath for at least 2 minutes and feel really good.
- … dive a distance of 40m.
- And much more besides.
You don’t believe it? It’s all a question of relaxation and a few things you need to know. SINK POSITIVE!
This course is perfect for you if you want to learn how to dive deep in a playful way, hold your breath for a long time and feel really good at the same time.
It is good if you have 6-8 working days for this. We rarely do more than 1 session a day and it’s good to have a break from time to time.
If possible, you should have already completed the AIDA 1* course in order to take part in the AIDA 2** course. There is a special offer for the combination of 1* and 2**. This is the ideal basis for learning freediving as a recreational sport in a well-founded and safe way.
On dry land, you will learn more about the important theoretical basics of apnea diving. In a feasible written test, you prove to yourself (and to us) that you really know your stuff.
