At Freediving El Hierro you have the chance to develop and consolidate your diving in a fun, relaxed atmosphere under top instruction.
We train all levels. From complete beginner to instructor.
If you want to maximize your own potential or even have ambitions to set new records at championships and international competitions, we recommend our personal training plans. The same applies here: SINK POSITIVE! You will receive meaningful, motivating long-term training plans that will gently encourage you to reach your full potential. We have no sympathy for drills that constantly push you to your limits.
One of our specialties is that we really do offer “free freediving” in addition to instruction and training. Spectacular guided freediving tours and snorkeling excursions around the World Biosphere Reserve Island of El Hierro.

Freediving El Hierro was founded in 2016 by Karsten Mohr as the first freediving school on El Hierro. Instructor Trainer certified by the world association AIDA. Over 5,000 hours of instruction in the water. Approx. 500 highly satisfied customers who have always come back alive. CMAS Master Double World Champion 2022, AIDA World Championship Athlete 2022.
