Aida 3 Freediving course
FREEEEEFALLLING. Freefalling is one of the most fascinating moments under water. Freefalling in water is something very special. Of course, it is important to acquire some knowledge and skills at this point if you want to glide down safely into this adventure. Pressure equalization techniques for the deeper depths, systematic training tables for holding your breath for longer, advanced rescue techniques and other content are the central points of the course.
It is good if you have 6-10 working days for this. We rarely do more than 1 session a day and it’s good to have a break from time to time.
Of course, the prerequisite for this is the AIDA 2** certificate. Alternatively, we also accept the same level of other renowned freediving training courses.
Successful graduates of this course will be able to …
- … to turn the dive into a little meditation.
- … safely and calmly enjoy a dive to a depth of 24m.
- … hold your breath for at least 2:45 minutes.
- …. dive a distance of 55 m.
- … plan diving sessions with friends and carry them out safely.
THE SMALL PRINT
The course price of € 449 per person applies to a course for 2 or more people. Personal coaching is available on request. The course price is then €579.
Please note: Certification and registration with the association is voluntary. Many divers already have diving insurance. Many divers also bring their own equipment.
Because everyone here has very different requirements and wishes, the low association fees (10-20€), low insurance costs (from 30€) and the rental fees are not included in the prices. Please refer to the table for the rental fees.

In the ten days that my husband and I were on El Hierro, we were able to improve our performance enormously in a very relaxed way. This diving school has it all: small groups with individual support during the course, a beautiful and peaceful setting on the island and – most importantly – the instructors’ infectious enthusiasm for their sport and the sea. The only sad thing was that we were only there for ten days. But we have already booked our next stay and are looking forward to it!
