Freediving & Meditation

The deep jewel. A profound meditation and relaxation session directly followed by freediving in the clear blue waters off El Hierro. Whether you have little or no meditation experience, are a beginner or a professional diver. It is a deep, calm and uplifting experience.
The only requirement is that you should have at least an AIDA 2 (or comparable) freediving level if you want to get into the water. We design the program individually for you. This means that the form of meditation and relaxation as well as the dives and the number of sessions are tailored to you.
