Free Freediving + Snorkelling means excursions and discovery dives to spectacular dive sites in the wonderful flora, fauna and underwater volcanic landscape of El Hierro.
Check out the gallery for a little flavour. Sessions last 90 minutes. Excursions in freediving mode with diving require a certification level of at least AIDA 2. Snorkelling: Everyone who can swim can join in. Because you
stay on the safe surface.
The best preparation you can make. Because equalisation is the key to freediving. The good news: just about anyone can learn. Especially recommended for: anyone who is aiming for level AIDA 2 anyone who is stuck at a depth and wants to progress (Mouth- Fill, N-Fill and much more). Attention tank divers! The technique in freediving is different - completely different!
The Deep Jewel. A profound meditation and relaxation session immediately followed by freediving in the clear blue of El Hierro.
Whether you have a lot of meditation experience or none at all, this is a deep, calm and uplifting experience. The only requirement is that you have at least a freediving level of AIDA 2 (or equivalent). We tailor the programme to your individual needs. This means that the form of meditation and relaxation as well as the dives and the number of sessions are tailor-made for you. The price table for trainings can serve as a first orientation. THE SMALL PRINT
Certification and registration at the Diving Associations are voluntarally. Many divers and freedivers already have a diving insurance. Many divers and freedivers bring their own equipment. For these reasons the small fees for the association, the inexpensive insurance and rental fees are not calculated into the prices.
